Digital Marketing Placement
Reading, Berkshire, UK | Full-time | Hybrid
A global consumer health organisation is seeking a Digital Marketing Placement student to support a range of digital marketing activities, including paid and organic search, email marketing, content optimisation, campaign performance analysis and internal communications. The role offers hands-on experience working across digital campaigns and marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and website traffic.
- Contribute to paid and organic search marketing activities as part of the broader search strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital marketing initiatives aligned with business goals.
- Analyse campaign performance and use data to inform future marketing strategies.
- Support content optimisation and digital communications activities.
- Assist with email marketing and other digital campaign initiatives.
- Monitor digital marketing trends, tools and best practices and share relevant insights with the team.
- Contribute to internal communications and wider marketing projects.

Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Marketing or related degree programme.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging marketing content.
- Experience using social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Ads.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and willingness to learn.
- Creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to develop innovative ideas.
