Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of [number] years of experience in the music or entertainment industry, with a proven track record of success in similar roles. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Music Industry Studies, or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of digital music platforms, streaming services, and current industry trends is essential. Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, A&R, digital, and legal to ensure seamless project execution.
- Build and maintain relationships with artists, managers, and external partners to foster long-term collaborations.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to maximize audience engagement and revenue.
- Prepare and present reports on project performance, market insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Support the planning and coordination of promotional events, tours, and media appearances.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies at all times.
