Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Music Industry, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience of 3-5 years in the music or entertainment industry.
  • Proven track record of managing projects and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, and familiarity with music rights management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for music and a keen understanding of current industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives aimed at expanding market reach and artist portfolio.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to facilitate music releases, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities.
  • Manage relationships with artists, managers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Oversee content distribution channels, monitor industry trends, and provide insights to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing and copyright laws and optimize revenue streams.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of special projects, events, and digital initiatives that align with the company's overall goals.
