We’re looking for a bold, creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Lead who’s excited to own our digital strategy end-to-end. This isn’t a support role, it’s your opportunity to build, grow and evolve a digital presence that truly reflects who we are and where we’re going.

You’ll take full responsibility for our online presence, leading activity across our social media channels, with LinkedIn as a flagship platform, our website, email marketing and online campaigns. From developing our brand voice to creating bold, memorable digital experiences, you’ll be the driving force behind CSP’s online presence and its continued growth. This is your opportunity to shape the role, define its direction and make a lasting impact.

In this role, you’ll translate big strategic ambitions into targeted, high-impact campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll work closely with internal teams, external partners and senior leaders, steering digital activity with confidence and ensuring every touchpoint feels seamless, engaging and unmistakably CSP.

As our digital marketing expert, you’ll champion best practice, push innovation and lead continuous improvement across all channels. You’ll shape a strong, distinctive and values-led digital presence, bringing fresh thinking, energy and momentum to everything you do.

  • Lead the planning, execution and optimisation of integrated digital campaigns across social media, website, email and other relevant channels, ensuring all activity is insight-led and aligned with audience needs.
  • Drive a social-first content strategy, using platform analytics, market research and industry trend monitoring to shape creative direction, channel mix and audience targeting.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality digital content, ensuring messaging is accurate, engaging, audience-focused and consistent with the organisation’s tone of voice and brand guidelines, including capturing on-site content such as photography and videography to support rich, compelling digital storytelling.
  • Develop and deliver a cohesive content marketing approach, including long-form thought-leadership pieces, case studies, blogs and social storytelling that strengthen brand awareness and position the organisation as an industry voice.
  • Support website content updates, ensuring pages remain current, user-friendly and reflective of evolving audience behaviours and sector trends.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, events and promotional activities, contributing to creative development, messaging and digital amplification.
  • Create and manage content calendars, campaign plans and performance dashboards to support clear prioritisation, delivery and reporting across all digital channels.
  • Conduct ongoing market and competitor research, analysing industry trends, audience insights and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and strengthen competitive positioning.
  • Attend external exhibitions, trade shows and marketing initiatives, supporting brand visibility, audience engagement and lead-generation activity.
  • Oversee the production of tender presentations and external communication materials to support business development, new client acquisition and brand credibility.
  • Attend internal meetings to present progress, share performance insights and provide clear updates on digital activity and campaign outcomes.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
