Digital Marketing Lead
b2b FinTech
London | Hybrid (3 days per week)
£55,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
We're partnered with an ambitious fintech business that's investing heavily in its commercial growth strategy and expanding its marketing team.
Following the appointment of a new marketing leader, the business is moving away from a traditional, regulation-led approach towards a far more commercially focused marketing function. As part of that transformation, they're looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of their digital channels, drive performance and help shape the next phase of growth.
This is a broad, hands-on role with plenty of autonomy. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve digital performance across multiple business lines while helping establish best practice across paid media, SEO, CRM and marketing operations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
