Hozelock is one of the UK's leading gardening and watering brands, helping millions of people get more from their outdoor spaces. We're looking for a creative and commercially minded Digital Marketing Lead to take ownership of our digital content strategy and create engaging online experiences that inspire consumers and drive growth.

The Role

You'll lead the development of compelling digital content across our websites, Amazon, and online retail channels, ensuring our products are showcased in the best possible way throughout the customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and delivering Hozelock's digital content strategy.
  • Managing and optimising Hozelock websites, including SEO, user experience, and content performance.
  • Leading Amazon and online retailer content, including A+ Content, imagery, video, and product storytelling.
  • Managing digital assets, content calendars, and campaign delivery.
  • Owning and developing our Product Information Management (PIM) system.
  • Using analytics and consumer insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Managing relationships with external agencies and digital partners.

About You

You'll be a hands-on digital marketing professional with experience in content creation, website management, and digital optimisation.

You'll have:

  • Strong experience managing websites, CMS platforms, SEO, and customer journeys.
  • Experience across Amazon, online retail content, and digital asset management.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, WordPress, and Magento.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, PIM/DAM systems, and Zendesk would be advantageous.
