Digital Marketing Lead

Harvey Norman is a leading international retailer of furniture, bedding, home appliances, and technology with 300+ stores across Europe and APAC. Following the launch of our fourth UK store, we have ambitious plans to open a number of additional stores within the next 24 months and ultimately become a household name in the UK. It’s a unique opportunity to join a growing brand at a pivotal moment in its expansion journey.

We’re looking for a hands-on and commercially-minded Digital Marketing Lead to join our fast-paced UK team. This is a key role within our growing marketing function, responsible for helping to shape and deliver our digital marketing strategy across paid, owned, and organic channels. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll collaborate with our wider marketing, e-commerce, design, and buying teams to plan, execute, and optimise digital activity that drives brand awareness, traffic, and sales—both online and in-store.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a startup-like environment, where you can take ownership, move quickly, and make things happen while benefitting from the support, scale, and expertise of a global organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to play a significant role in shaping how Harvey Norman builds its digital presence in the UK as the business continues its ambitious expansion.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
