Five Rivers is seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Lead – Foster Carer Recruitment to help attract and engage prospective foster carers through social media, digital PR and online marketing activity.

Working with the Growth Marketing Manager and Marketing & Communications team, you will create, schedule, monitor and evaluate digital campaigns that raise awareness, generate enquiries and strengthen local digital presence across our fostering services.

About The Role

You will support delivery of the Finding New Carers Strategy, using performance data to improve activity and ensure messaging is clear, values-led and aligned to local service needs.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan, create and schedule engaging social media content to attract foster carers.
  • Support digital PR, paid advertising, virtual events and local promotional activity.
  • Manage regional social media channels and Google Business Profile listings.
  • Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Work with fostering services to promote local events and generate enquiries.
  • Ensure all content is clear, ethical, values-led and aligned to the Five Rivers brand.

About You

We are looking for someone with strong digital marketing and social media experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to use insight and data to shape effective campaigns.

You will be organised, creative and collaborative, with a passion for producing content that inspires people to begin their fostering journey. Experience of paid social, recruitment marketing or community-focused campaigns would be an advantage.

Working together

You will be part of a joined-up Foster Carer Recruitment function, working alongside colleagues responsible for strategic marketing, community engagement, partnerships and local lead generation.

Hours

37 hours per week

  • Monday to Thursday 9am – 17:00 pm
  • Friday 9am – 16:30pm

Location: our head office in Salisbury, this is a hybrid working role where you will be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week
