The role

We're looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Lead to join our growing team. You'll play a key role in driving our global marketing strategy, delivering focused digital marketing initiatives that strengthen our competitive presence and heighten brand awareness.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading and developing our marketing team to ensure that all marketing activity supports our wider commercial objectives, leading to higher levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Overseeing the performance of key digital channels, including web, CRM, paid media, SEO and customer conversion journeys.
- Driving lead generation opportunities, customer acquisition and retention activities.
- Overseeing website performance and interpreting website performance analytical insights which inform strategic marketing decisions and growth opportunity.

Who we’re looking for
You’ll already have a proven track record in a similar role, with a strong analytical mindset and comfortable operating in a fast-paced commercial focused environment. Leading or playing a significant role in driving global exposure and brand awareness, would be highly desirable. You’ll be a confident and influential leader with great experiences to tell us about, including strong communication and presentation skills, building strong stakeholder relationships, driving high performing teams through innovative and customer focused development and strong leadership skills regularly.
