As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organised and driven Digital Marketing Lead to join our team.

Role Overview

The Digital Marketing Lead is responsible for managing and growing client marketing retainers, ensuring the successful delivery of strategic and creative marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of account management, strategy, and execution, acting as the key point of contact between clients and the internal creative/production teams. The Digital Marketing Lead ensures all marketing activities are aligned with client objectives, delivered on time, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for marketing retainer clients, building trusted, long-term relationships.
  • Lead regular check-ins, strategy sessions, and performance reviews with clients.
  • Understand each client’s business goals, audience, and competitive landscape to guide marketing direction.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, briefs, and scopes of work.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Create comprehensive monthly or quarterly social media and content plans.
  • Develop integrated marketing strategies across social, email, paid media, and content.
  • Present recommendations, campaign concepts, and performance insights to clients.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and social media specialists to produce high-quality content.
  • Oversee copywriting for social posts, blogs, mailers, and campaign messaging.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all deliverables.

Email Marketing (Mailers)

  • Plan and coordinate email campaigns, including content, segmentation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Work with creative teams to produce email assets and layouts.

Paid Media: Meta Ads, Linked In Ads & PPC

  • Launch and optimise Meta Ads, Linked In Ads, Hub Spot and Google PPC campaigns.
  • Ensure tracking, budgeting, and reporting align with client goals.
  • Communicate results and insights back to clients in a clear, data-driven way.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor KPIs across all channels and create monthly or quarterly performance reports.
  • Use insights to refine ongoing strategies and drive continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Workflow Management

  • Brief internal teams and ensure clear communication of client expectations.
  • Oversee deadlines, workloads, and deliverable quality.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or expanding client retainers.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a creative, marketing, or digital agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of social media strategy, paid ads (Meta & PPC), and content creation processes.
  • Experience in of Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Hubspot
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and client management skills.
  • Ability to interpret marketing data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients and projects at once.
