Are you a data-driven digital marketer who thrives on generating high-quality leads and delivering measurable commercial results?

We are working with a well-established company who already have a loyal customer base and ambitious growth plans, who are now looking to invest in a Digital Marketing Lead who can take ownership of their digital strategy and help attract new business.

This is a newly created opportunity for someone who enjoys building digital campaigns that directly impact sales performance. You'll work closely with the company's Marketing Executive, Sales team, IT department and Directors to shape the digital marketing roadmap, strengthen the company's online presence and drive inbound enquiries.

Responsibilities:

As a Digital Marketing Lead you will...

  • Develop and deliver B2B digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and business growth.
  • Manage paid advertising across platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Improve website visibility through SEO and technical optimisation.
  • Build and optimise landing pages and customer journeys to maximise conversions.
  • Analyse campaign performance using reporting tools, making data-led recommendations for improvement.
  • Work alongside the existing Marketing Executive to develop and implement the wider marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, IT and senior leadership to ensure marketing activity supports commercial objectives.
  • Identify new opportunities to improve digital performance, including emerging technologies and AI tools where appropriate.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
