Role Description

The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in North Cadbury. This position is responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, footfall, and online engagement for the food market and restaurant. Day-to-day tasks include:

Qualifications

  • Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills, with at least 3 years experience planning and executing integrated online campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
  • Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and optimize campaigns.
  • Experience with Lead Generation strategies to increase customer visits, sign-ups, and repeat business.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a strong sense of brand voice.
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or food and beverage marketing is highly beneficial.
  • Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant education or certification in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
