About Nature Impact
Nature Impact transforms underutilised land into flourishing reserves for wildlife and communities. Our science-led recovery brings the land back to life, and secures it for nature, permanently.
We fund this work by selling measurable biodiversity improvements into two markets: the mandatory Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) market and the voluntary Nature Credits market. Today we manage a growing portfolio across Kent, Surrey, and East and West Sussex, with a clear mission: to deliver investable nature-based solutions for people and the planet.
Role overview
You'll own day-to-day marketing delivery for Nature Impact, working closely with the founders and a part-time Marketing Consultant. This is a broad, hands-on role covering content, campaigns, web, email and the occasional event, with plenty of room to grow as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
Brand & content
- Execute campaign launches against the strategy set by the Marketing Consultant (e.g. Nature Credits, Science Programme)
- Produce and update marketing collateral (e.g. project brochures, partnership proposals)
- Coordinate the creation of key brand publications (e.g. Annual Impact Report, Science Programme reports) – briefing designers, managing timelines, and consolidating content from internal teams
- Support briefing of creatives for paid campaigns (e.g. LinkedIn Ads), working alongside external consultants when required
- Implement tone of voice and brand conventions

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
