The Team
Chesamel has a large team of marketing experts delivering on client projects across the globe, ranging from fully integrated and embedded consultancy to ad-hoc on demand project delivery. You will be joining a collective focused on delivering excellent client servicing while leading business transformation for our clients.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven, strategic B2B Marketing Manager to drive our integrated lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition strategies. In this role, you will plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns designed to engage target accounts, accelerate pipeline velocity, and support revenue growth. The ideal candidate blends high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Prior experience working within or managing a marketing agency is highly preferred, as we value the fast-paced adaptability, structured campaign discipline, and multi-project management skills developed in agency environments.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Demand Generation
- Plan, build, and execute end-to-end B2B marketing campaigns across paid media, email, content marketing, webinars, social media, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Business Development teams to align marketing initiatives with target account lists and revenue goals (Account-Based Marketing / ABM).
- Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through data-driven inbound and outbound demand generation efforts.
Content & Digital Execution
- Oversee the development of compelling B2B content collateral, including whitepapers, case studies, pitch decks, blog posts, email copy, and landing pages.
- Direct digital channels (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic) to maximize reach, click-through rates, and conversion performance.
- Ensure all external and internal messaging maintains brand consistency, positioning, and target persona relevance.
Agency & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the primary point of contact for external agency partners, creative vendors, and freelance talent.
- Draft detailed creative briefs, set clear deliverables, negotiate scopes of work, and ensure agency partners deliver on time and within budget.
- Bring agency-level rigor to internal processes, sprint planning, and campaign workflows.
Analytics & ROI Optimization
- Monitor and analyze performance across all marketing channels using CRM, marketing automation, and web analytics tools.
- Establish standard KPIs (e.g., MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline value, conversion rates) and report insights to executive leadership.
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, target segments, creative assets, and landing pages to maximize ROI.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4–6+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or growth marketing.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Tech Stack: Hands-on proficiency with B2B marketing tools:
- CRM & Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign.
- Analytics & Paid Media: Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads.
- Core Competencies: Strong project management skills, exceptional written and verbal communication, and a data-informed approach to continuous improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agency Experience (Highly Preferred): 2-3+ years working inside a marketing agency (as an Account Manager, Strategist, or Campaign Specialist) OR proven success managing external agency partners from the client side.
- ABM Experience: Demonstrated success executing targeted Account-Based Marketing strategies.
- Design / Web Basics: Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow) and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud).
