Digital Marketing Manager

We're looking for an experienced and ambitious Digital Marketing Manager based in Cardiff to lead digital growth across a diverse portfolio of established and emerging brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on autonomy, and wants to make a genuine commercial impact.

Working across multiple sectors, you'll own the digital marketing strategy, managing SEO, PPC, website performance, content, social media, and email marketing, while helping launch new online ventures and identifying opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies across multiple brands.
  • Lead all SEO activity, including technical SEO, content creation, site optimisation, and organic growth.
  • Plan, manage, and optimise Google Ads campaigns and budgets.
  • Monitor website performance, analytics, rankings, and conversions, implementing improvements where needed.
  • Manage website content and user experience across multiple WordPress sites.
  • Create engaging content for websites, email campaigns, and social media channels.
  • Support the launch of new websites and digital projects.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, particularly AI and developments in search and digital marketing.
  • Manage digital security, website backups, and external specialist partners where required.

About You

  • Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role.
  • Strong SEO expertise across technical, content, and off-site optimisation.
  • Experienced in managing PPC campaigns and budgets through Google Ads.
  • Confident writing engaging, SEO-focused content.
  • Strong understanding of website architecture and digital growth strategies.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and performance reporting.
  • Organised, commercially minded, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Passionate about digital innovation, AI, and emerging technologies.
