Marketing & Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive Zee 5’s growth in the UK market. Based in London, this role will focus on on-ground marketing initiatives to accelerate subscriber growth, engagement, and brand visibility.

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding Zee 5’s presence in the UK, working closely with partners ecosystem. The incumbent will lead strategic marketing and partnership initiatives that drive awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention, while strengthening Zee 5’s market presence through impactful collaborations and localized campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Zee 5’s on-ground lead for strategic partners, driving joint business plans and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and develop new partnership opportunities to expand reach, visibility, and subscriber growth across the UK market.
  • Lead marketing for Zee 5 content, developing go-to-market, amplification, and activation strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Leverage consumer insights, market trends, and performance data to shape marketing strategy and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agency partners.
  • Manage creative, media, and activation agencies to deliver impactful and scalable consumer campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance, business metrics, and ROI, translating insights into actionable growth opportunities.
  • Represent Zee 5 at partner engagements, industry forums, and key market events to strengthen brand presence and relationships.

  • 4-5 years of experience in brand & content marketing within OTT, media, and entertainment businesses.
  • Strong experience managing external partners and executing joint marketing initiatives.
  • Understanding of the UK media and entertainment ecosystem.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-starter with a hands-on approach and strong commercial acumen.
  • Based in London or willing to relocate.
