We're seeking a Digital Marketing Manager (12-month FTC, maternity cover) to lead digital marketing activity across CRM, paid media and e-commerce. If you enjoy combining creativity, data and commercial impact, apply today.
The Opportunity
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines.
You'll be at the heart of shaping how our brands connect with consumers online, creating meaningful customer journeys and helping us make smarter, more informed marketing decisions.
One day you could be launching a high-performing paid social campaign, the next optimising an email journey, analysing customer behaviour or exploring new ways to enhance the digital experience across our websites and online channels.
You'll work closely with colleagues across Brand, Sales and external agency partners, giving you the opportunity to influence, collaborate and make a genuine impact.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of a broad and varied digital marketing remit, including:
Creating Seamless Digital Experiences
- Managing and optimising website content and performance
- Developing landing pages and customer journeys that drive engagement and conversion
- Supporting e-commerce activity and identifying opportunities for growth
- Working with agency partners to continually improve our digital presence

Driving performance through paid media
- Planning, delivering and optimising paid social campaigns
- Managing budgets and measuring campaign effectiveness
- Identifying new audience opportunities and emerging digital trends
- Using insight and performance data to maximise return on investment
Building stronger customer relationships
- Delivering engaging email campaigns and automated customer journeys
- Managing audience segmentation and customer data
- Driving CRM best practice and supporting data governance
- Acting as a key contact for Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Turning customer insights into meaningful actions
Helping us continuously improve
- Reporting on campaign performance and digital effectiveness
- Identifying innovative ways to enhance the customer experience
- Supporting colleagues with CRM knowledge and system adoption
- Contributing ideas that help us stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who combines strong digital marketing expertise with commercial thinking and a proactive approach.

You'll Likely Have
- Experience across digital marketing, CRM and paid media
- A strong understanding of customer engagement and digital customer journeys
- Experience using CRM, CMS and email marketing platforms
- Knowledge of paid social advertising and campaign optimisation
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with data
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
If you have experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Magento, Power Automate or digital design tools, that's a bonus, but not essential.
