Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Cambridgeshire (Hybrid)
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
We are looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to take ownership of digital marketing activity within an established and growing business. This is a hands-on role, working closely with senior marketing, sales and technical teams to deliver campaigns that drive engagement, enquiries and commercial results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver the digital marketing strategy alongside the Marketing Director.
- Plan and optimise campaigns across SEO, AEO, PPC, email and social media.
- Manage and develop WordPress websites and digital marketing platforms.
- Lead inbound marketing activity, improving website content, user experience and conversion.
- Work with internal teams and external partners to deliver collaborative campaigns.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience delivering successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, AEO, PPC, social media and website optimisation.
- Experience managing WordPress, including plugins and themes.
- Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently with technical information and managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HTML/CSS, website hosting, Canva, structured product data and basic SQL would be advantageous.
