ABOUT DDRE Global

DDRE Global is a digital-first, relationship-based business focused on defining the ultimate Luxury Real Estate Experience. Our advisors utilise cutting-edge technology, engage audiences across social platforms, and build long-term relationships to providing the ultimate real estate experience for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI). We have built our reputation on quality, integrity, and unparalleled service in the high-end real estate market. Our innovative approach and industry-leading digital tools connect exclusive properties with discerning buyers.

Our founder, Daniel Daggers, is a global leader who pioneered the use of social media in the real estate industry, and we market the most exclusive properties globally, through our own proprietary technology as well as more traditional media such as podcasts, blogs, PR, social media, and paid media.

As we continue our UK and international expansion, we are looking for an ambitious Digital Marketing Manager to help build the next generation of our digital ecosystem.

WHAT IS THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT LIKE AT DDRE?

  • Six years in, we still function much like a start-up and things are often ambiguous and can change rapidly.
  • This is a fun and modern business, but our vision is to define the ultimate real estate experience, and we take achieving this very seriously.
  • We work extremely hard and support each other to ensure the work gets done.
  • We are incredibly passionate, agile, and creative.
  • We are open and honest with each other - continuous development of the company and of ourselves is vital.

THE ROLE - OVERVIEW

Department: Brand & Marketing
Reports to: Head of Brand & Marketing
Location: UK-based / Hybrid
Employment: Full-time

We are looking for someone who combines technical depth and analytical rigour with creativity, curiosity and a genuine appetite to experiment. We are looking for an exceptional Digital Marketing Manager to own and evolve DDRE Global's digital marketing ecosystem. This is a hands-on specialist role, not a people-management position.

You will operate at the intersection of Marketing and Technology, taking increasing ownership of our website, CRM, SEO/GEO, paid media, analytics and marketing technology infrastructure.

Initially, you will work alongside specialist external partners before progressively bringing knowledge, control and selected capabilities in-house. The opportunity is significant: to help connect DDRE Global’s brand, content, customer data and technology into a measurable digital growth engine.

The FY26/27 strategy already identifies CRM transformation, automated consumer journeys, dashboards, SEO, web development and integration between Web + CRM + Analytics as core priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Website & Digital Experience

  • Take day-to-day ownership of the DDRE Global website ecosystem.
  • Manage website development, optimisation, maintenance and ongoing enhancements.
  • Work with developers and internal Technology colleagues on integrations and technical requirements.
  • Improve UX, conversion journeys, landing pages and digital customer experiences.
  • Diagnose issues quickly and coordinate resolution of business-critical website problems.
  • Build the capability to increasingly manage website development and optimisation in-house.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

CRM & Marketing Automation

  • Become Marketing's internal owner of the CRM ecosystem.
  • Work alongside the external CRM partner during Phase 2 before progressively transitioning capability in-house.
  • Build and optimise customer journeys, segmentation, workflows and automated communications.
  • Improve advisor adoption and use of CRM capabilities.
  • Connect CRM activity with website behaviour, content and campaign data.
  • Develop reporting that gives the business greater visibility over audiences, engagement and conversion.

DDRE's strategic direction is explicitly to move from a database business towards a relationship intelligence platform, using automated journeys and personalised touchpoints.

SEO, GEO & Organic Discovery

  • Own DDRE's SEO strategy and implementation.
  • Manage technical SEO, on-page optimisation, content optimisation and search performance.
  • Develop DDRE's approach to GEO / AI search visibility, ensuring the brand remains discoverable as consumer search behaviour evolves.
  • Work with Brand & Content to translate search insight into editorial opportunities.
  • Establish clear organic performance reporting and recommendations.

Paid Media & Performance

  • Own the broader paid digital marketing framework across search, display, retargeting and campaign activation.
  • Manage agencies and/or platforms where specialist support remains appropriate.
  • Establish campaign measurement, attribution and optimisation frameworks.
  • Work with Jonas on social activation to ensure paid and organic activity complement one another rather than duplicate ownership.
  • Develop measurable acquisition strategies supporting brand growth, property campaigns and advisor recruitment.

Data & Analytics

  • Establish a clear digital measurement framework across website, CRM, SEO and paid activity.
  • Build dashboards that turn marketing activity into useful business intelligence.
  • Define KPIs, benchmarks and reporting cadence.
  • Identify trends and opportunities and translate them into action.
  • Improve visibility over customer journeys and marketing contribution.

Marketing Technology & Integration

  • Act as the bridge between Marketing and DDRE's Technology team.
  • Work closely with the Head of Technology on integrations, infrastructure and technical development.
  • Connect marketing systems wherever commercially and technically appropriate.
  • Support DDRE's ambition to create a stronger single source of truth across digital systems.
  • Evaluate new tools, AI applications and marketing technologies based on measurable business value rather than novelty.
  • Proactively explore emerging technology, AI and digital behaviours, identifying opportunities that could give DDRE a meaningful competitive advantage.
  • Develop and test new ideas rapidly, using data to determine what should be scaled, evolved or stopped.
  • Challenge existing platforms, processes and agency recommendations where a more innovative or commercially effective solution exists.

Agency & Partner Management

  • Manage relevant digital agencies, developers and specialist suppliers.
  • Challenge external partners on performance, recommendations, timelines and costs.
  • Lead knowledge transfer from external suppliers into DDRE Global.
  • Identify where capabilities should remain outsourced versus where bringing them in-house creates greater control or commercial value.
