About The Role
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join the team at a pivotal point of growth for the business. Responsible for digital marketing, CRM, and site level marketing, this key role will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Key responsibilities
Digital
- Own the digital plan for driving covers across every site comprising restaurants, bars, and delicatessens
- Own the paid social strategy, budget, and tracking (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Plan, run, and optimise Google Ads for bookings and private dining enquiries
- Keep our online presence across third parties, such as Google Business Profile and TripAdvisor, fresh and up to date
- Own CRM: guest segmentation and automated journeys as well as campaigns, ensuring data remains GDPR compliant
- Manage our website content, running regular updates and managing booking widgets
- Run on-page and off-page SEO
- Manage our guest WiFi: keep it running, check data capture and quality, and run campaigns
- Manage wider third-party platforms including but not limited to: Deliveroo, Toggle, EatClub
- Work with the Marketing Director to implement a smart digital loyalty offering

Site level marketing
- Build our site level marketing calendar and keep it up to date, ensuring key calendar moments are observed
- Work with GMs and Head Chefs, as well as ops teams, to ensure restaurants, bars, and delicatessens are supported. Be the go-to contact for sites and between departments
- Roll out campaigns and POS at site level
- Build strong working relationships with other departments, ensuring marketing results are reported succinctly across the business
Tracking and reporting
- Own GA4, GTM, Meta pixel and conversion APIs, to ensure we have closed loop tracking
- Report monthly on bookings and ROAS providing learnings and recommendations
- Turn SevenRooms guest satisfaction surveys and review data into insight

Essential
Skills and experience
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally in restaurants, hospitality, or food and drink
- Experience with an email/CRM platform (Airship a plus) and GDPR basics
- Comfortable with a website CMS, SEO, and Google Business Profile
- Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, and Tag Manager
- Confident building relationships with operational teams and chefs
- Commercially minded and organised: can run many channels and support several sites in a small team
Desirable
- E-commerce experience with Shopify, or a clear interest in growing it
- Experience with restaurant booking and guest platforms such as SevenRooms and OpenTable
- Multi-site marketing experience
