About Trybe

Trybe is the all-in-one, cloud-native platform built for hoteliers and hospitality groups to run their spas, leisure facilities, and activities: bookings, memberships, payments, and AI-powered guest personalization, all in one place. Founded in 2020 and headquartered in London, Trybe partners with operators ranging from single-site spas to large multi-property luxury groups, and recently raised $30M in Series A funding to accelerate global expansion and its next generation of AI-driven hospitality technology.

We're a fast-growing team building the operating system for the wellness and leisure economy, and we're just getting started. Come and join the Trybe in our London office!

This role is based in our London office 3 days per week & 2 days at home.

About the Role

Trybe is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager with a strong search backbone across SEO, GEO, and AEO, plus a genuine love of writing. This is a hands-on, content-first role - you'll own our website copy, pillar pages, blog, and social, turning what our product does into content that ranks in traditional search and gets cited by AI answer engines.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Discovery is shifting from ten blue links to AI-generated answers, and we want someone who sees that as an opportunity, not a threat. You'll also be a true all-rounder for the marketing team, happy to pitch in on campaigns, events, sales enablement, and projects across Trybe.

If you can make a technical SaaS story feel human, and structure it so Google and ChatGPT both agree with you, we want to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Optimise Trybe's presence in AI answer engines: structured data, entity-rich content, citation-friendly formats, and tracking visibility in AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.
  • Write and publish website copy, landing pages, and pillar pages that build topical authority and support the buyer journey
  • Plan and produce a consistent blog cadence, optimized for search intent and readability
  • Create and manage organic social content, adapting tone and format per platform
  • Partner with product marketing and design to translate features/roadmap into compelling narratives
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, and content performance; turn data into a prioritized content roadmap
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all content
  • Stay current on SEO, GEO, AEO, and content trends in SaaS and hospitality tech
