Freelance Digital Marketing Manager

Love live events? Know how to turn a customer database and a paid media budget into sold-out shows? This one's for you.

We're partnering with an immersive events business whose founders are behind some of the UK's best-known immersive experiences. They're looking for a hands-on Freelance Digital Marketing Manager to drive ticket sales for next year's tour of their flagship live show.

This is a doing role, not a delegating one. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love seeing campaigns convert, you'll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own ticket sales for next year's tour, from initial campaign build through to sold out
  • Build, manage and optimise Klaviyo email flows and campaigns, from urgency-driven broadcasts to automated nurture and abandoned-browse sequences
  • Segment the existing database by behaviour, geography and engagement
  • Deploy and test targeted SMS campaigns to convert warm leads and re-engage lapsed buyers
  • Run & support Meta conversion campaigns, brief creative (UGC, short-form video, static) and hold agencies to account on ROAS and CPA
  • Act as day-to-day point of contact for agency and freelance partners across Google Ads, native, social and ad creative production

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
