Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Peterborough. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as SEO, paid advertising, social media, email, and content marketing to drive brand awareness and qualified leads. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Managing campaign calendars
- Overseeing social media presence
- Coordinating with design and development teams to ensure consistent messaging and user experience
The Digital Marketing Manager will:
- Monitor performance using web analytics tools
- Prepare regular reports
- Refine campaigns based on data insights to improve ROI
The role also involves working closely with sales and leadership teams to support lead generation initiatives, maintain marketing automation workflows, and ensure all activities reflect Genesis DigiTech’s focus on innovation, security, and client success.

- Strong Digital Marketing and Marketing skills to plan and manage multi-channel campaigns
- Social Media Marketing skills to build engagement, grow audiences, and protect brand reputation
- Lead Generation skills to create, manage, and optimize campaigns that drive qualified inquiries and conversions
- Web Analytics skills to track performance, interpret data, and make data-driven optimization decisions
- Proven experience in managing SEO, PPC, and paid social campaigns for B2B or technology-focused organizations
- Solid understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions
- Strong project management capabilities, including prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and meeting deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in the IT, cloud
