About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join GCS on behalf of a leading global consumer brand. This role offers a unique opportunity to support markets across North Europe by developing and executing strategic digital marketing initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for blending strategic consultancy with hands-on delivery, ensuring the brand's digital presence is optimized across various channels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including brand, commercial, IT, and external agency partners to drive digital excellence. Your efforts will focus on creating impactful campaigns, enhancing customer journeys, improving website performance, and leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making. This position requires a proactive, innovative, and collaborative professional capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in digital marketing, CRM, digital experience, or eCommerce environments. Strong technical knowledge of digital platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Google Analytics is essential. Candidates should have demonstrated success in delivering customer journey personalization and digital campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Excellent stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and markets. A commercially minded mindset, high organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting are crucial. Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or other large matrix organizations is advantageous, providing valuable industry context for this role.
Responsibilities
- Partner with brand teams to plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across web, CRM, email, and other digital channels.
- Manage and optimize digital platforms, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and related commerce technologies, ensuring seamless user experiences and performance.
- Support CRM strategies, including audience segmentation, customer journey mapping, and email marketing execution through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Analyze campaign and website performance using Google Analytics, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to direct-to-consumer and digital commerce initiatives aimed at customer acquisition, retention, and enhanced customer experience.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, oversee campaign delivery, control budgets, and ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Promote the adoption of digital best practices and build digital capabilities within regional teams through training and knowledge sharing.
