Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and analytical senior Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic small team onsite in Birmingham 5 days per week.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Hubspot AND with experience in creating and organising B2B lead generation orientated marketing and a knowledge of how Hubspot integrates with Meta and Google Ads.
They will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns via Hubspot aimed at generating awareness, leads and new business and must be able to measure and monitor results and adapt campaigns accordingly.
Ideally we are looking for at least 5 years experience in this expertise and also be able to demonstrate the ability to stay in the same role for at least 3 years. ie no job hoppers.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies using Hubspot to generate leads.
- Continually monitor performance of marketing campaigns and adjust according.
- Understand how Hubspot can be fed via other ecosystems such as Meta, Google and Linkedin Ads
- Segmenting the database into relevant categories to target vertically.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive.
- Work as part of the senior management team.

Requirements
- Proven deep experience in digital marketing and lead generation using Hubspot.
- Experience lead generation marketing activities including Meta, Google and Linkedin.
- Creative and capable of creating template driven marcoms.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to analyse data critically to inform decision-making processes.
- Happy working on site 5 days per week
Remuneration
- £50000 to £55000 per year
- 25 days holiday plus stats
- Pension
