Are you an experienced digital marketer who is ready to lead our digital engagement strategy across multiple platforms, working with different stakeholder groups to support the firms growth plans.
About The Role
- Develop and deliver the firm's organic social media strategy.
- Manage channel performance across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Drive audience growth, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Establish channel governance, best practice, and measurement frameworks.
- Lead the employee advocacy programme.
- Support partners and senior stakeholders in strengthening their digital presence.
- Work closely with business development teams to align social selling activity with growth priorities.
- Develop channel strategies that maximise reach and engagement.
- Support internal and external communications through digital channels.
- Ensure consistent messaging and audience experiences across platforms.
- Develop audience communication plans aligned to key campaigns and business priorities.
- Drive improvements in engagement, readership, and subscriber growth.
- Develop content distribution strategies to maximise campaign impact.
- Work closely with content and wider marketing and communications teams to increase reach and engagement.
- Build and maintain audience retention and growth strategies across digital channels.
- Identify opportunities to expand reach within priority sectors, industries, and target audiences.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven marketing team leadership role.
- Proven experience managing organic social media and digital engagement channels.
- Experience delivering email marketing and audience engagement campaigns.
- Strong understanding of content distribution and amplification strategies.
- Experience managing employee advocacy and social selling programmes.
- Ability to analyse performance data and make insight-led recommendations.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Skills & Experience
- Experience within a professional service or B2B environment.
- Experience using social media management and advocacy platforms.
- Understanding of marketing automation and audience segmentation.
- Experience developing executive thought leadership programmes.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn best practice and social advocacy/selling techniques.
- Experience managing external agencies and suppliers.
- CIM qualification or equivalent marketing accreditation.
