Digital Marketing Manager - Wilmslow - Digital acquisition / B2C / retail / Paid Media / SEO / CRO

We're working with a national retailer who are looking to bring in a Digital Marketing Manager to their marketing team.

Currently they work with an agency, but as they grow they want to bring it in house. Working with the Head of Marketing and Social & Email Marketing Manager, your responsibility will be to drive digital customer acquisition, looking after all the strategy and execution of Paid Media and SEO to drive quality leads, increase conversion and optimise ROI.

Role overview:

  • Manage Paid Media channels (Google Ads, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • SEO strategy and improve website performance, visibility and organic leads.
  • CRO across websites, landing pages. Analysing data to make improvements.
  • Work with Designers and Copy / Content to test and optimise content across to enhance performance.
  • Track and analyse digital performance, creating dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with agencies, platforms and external partners.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing team to ensure a seamless customer experience, acquisition and retention strategies.

About you:

  • 3+ years commercial experience
  • Track record in multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with technical SEO tools
  • Experience in CRO and tools like Hotjar, Google Optimize, etc.
  • Google Analytics and Data Studio
  • CRM & marketing automation experience
  • Budget management, analytical and reporting skills - ROI, CPL, and CAC
