About Facit.ai

Facit.ai is redefining what's possible in video privacy with our AI-powered redaction software. We're trusted by 200+ customers in 23 countries, powering compliance for organizations in retail, venues, law enforcement, healthcare, and education who need to meet GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection standards without slowing down. Built on state-of-the-art computer vision and machine learning, our platform is consistently recognized as one of the most advanced in the video redaction space, the kind of technology customers rave about and partners build on.

With our customer base growing rapidly and new markets opening up, this is a genuinely exciting time to join Facit.ai and help shape our growth story from the ground up.

The Role

As our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own facit.ai, our primary lead scoring engine and the front door for every prospect who enters our pipeline. This is your chance to run the website as a revenue-driving product, not just a marketing page, while shaping how we show up in a search landscape now dominated by AI. You'll sit at the intersection of SEO/GEO, brand, content, and sales, running campaigns that fill the pipeline and giving Sales the assets and signals they need to close.

What You Will Do

  • Own facit.ai end to end: site strategy, structure, and performance, ensuring it functions as our highest-converting lead scoring tool, not just a brochure.
  • Build and run our GEO/SEO strategy, covering technical SEO, on-page optimization, and generative/AI search visibility (AEO/GEO), so Facit.ai shows up wherever buyers and LLMs are looking.
  • Plan, produce, and ship marketing assets, landing pages, campaign creative, sales collateral, and content, that support both demand generation and Sales conversations.
  • Design and run multi-channel marketing campaigns from brief through to reporting, tying spend and activity back to pipeline and lead quality.
  • Enable Sales with the tools, content, and lead intelligence they need, translating website and campaign data into signals Sales can act on.
  • Monitor site health, conversion rates, and search performance, running experiments and translating what you learn into permanent improvements.
  • Own and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend across channels and campaigns to maximize pipeline return and keeping leadership informed on performance against plan.
  • Write conversion-focused copy for the website, refining messaging across key pages to turn more visitors into qualified leads.
  • Create case studies with clients, partnering with Sales and Customer Success to turn wins into credible, sales-ready proof points.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • A track record of planning and executing marketing campaigns that generate measurable pipeline, not just traffic or impressions.
