Location: Liverpool (Head Office)
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE PLUS Benefits

We’re supporting a fast-growing founder-led premium cosmetic dental group on the appointment of a Digital Marketing Manager to join their brand-new Liverpool Head Office.

This is a key strategic hire for a business with genuine momentum, strong brand recognition, and ambitious UK growth plans across 2026 and beyond.

With a combined social audience of 106k + engaged followers across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, a premium market position, and a rapidly expanding footprint, this business has already built significant brand presence. They are now looking for a commercially minded marketer who can help elevate the brand even further.

The Opportunity

As Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in shaping and executing the company’s digital marketing strategy.

You will be responsible for driving brand growth, improving customer engagement, and delivering measurable commercial results across multiple digital channels.

This role requires someone who can balance creativity with commercial thinking, someone who understands both brand storytelling and performance marketing.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Leading digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and digital channels
  • Driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies
  • Managing CRM and email marketing initiatives
  • Monitoring campaign performance, reporting on ROI, and identifying growth opportunities
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing supports wider business objectives
  • Supporting the long-term transition towards bringing paid advertising in-house
  • Staying ahead of emerging digital trends, consumer behaviours, and platform changes

About You

We’re open on sector background. You may currently be working within luxury retail, beauty, aesthetics, fashion, hospitality, ecommerce, or agency environments. What matters most is mindset, commercial awareness, and ambition.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven success within digital, growth, or performance marketing in a commercially driven environment
  • Strong understanding of social media, CRM, email marketing, and customer journeys
  • Experience analysing campaign performance and translating data into action
  • Commercial awareness with a strong focus on ROI and growth
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to brand positioning and customer experience
