Digital Marketing Manager - Consumer E-Commerce Brand

Central London - 5 days onsite

Up to £50,000

We’re working with a growing consumer e-commerce brand looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of its digital growth.

This is a broad role spanning performance marketing, e-commerce, CRM, and digital strategy, with the freedom to test ideas, optimise performance, and uncover new growth opportunities.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the digital strategy across PPC, Paid Social, SEO, Email, Organic Social & Web
  • Manage performance agencies, budgets, and ROI
  • Lead a small marketing and e-commerce team
  • Plan and deliver key seasonal and commercial campaigns
  • Manage and optimise the Shopify website and customer journey
  • Drive CRM/email testing, optimisation, and growth
  • Analyse performance and turn data into actionable opportunities

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ digital marketing, e-commerce, or growth experience
  • Experience managing agencies
  • Experience across paid media, CRM/email, SEO, and Shopify
