Role Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Peterborough. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, email, and paid advertising to increase brand visibility, engagement, and qualified leads. The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee campaign strategy, content direction, and performance tracking, using web analytics to measure results and refine tactics.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing social media presence
- Coordinating lead generation initiatives
- Collaborating with internal teams on messaging and design
- Monitoring digital performance metrics
- Preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders

The role also involves staying current with digital marketing trends and recommending new tools and strategies to support growth and innovation.
Qualifications
- Strong digital marketing skills, including experience developing and managing integrated online campaigns.
- Proficiency in social media marketing and lead generation to drive audience growth and conversion.
- Experience with web analytics tools and marketing performance measurement to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Solid foundation in general marketing principles and strategy, with the ability to align digital activity to business objectives.
- Experience in B2B or technology-focused marketing is beneficial, ideally within cloud, IT, or digital solutions sectors.
- Ability to work on-site in Peterborough, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
