At P.Happi, we’re redefining intimate care for women through a microbiome-first approach for daily protection, powered by a proprietary breakthrough technology. We support women prone to recurring bladder and intimate health issues with a science-led, subscription-based solution designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life.
Summary
We are a fast-growing start-up with big ambitions to keep making waves in the women’s (intimate) health space. We are excited to offer this opportunity to join us as our very first Digital Marketing Manager who will drive growth and retention and help shape our digital brand presence.
The magic happens at our brand new lab and office space in West London. The role would be primarily remote, meeting in person between 1-4 days per month. This is intended as a full-time position, but we are happy to discuss part-time, flexible, or contract opportunities for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a broad and hands-on role that would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied start-up environment. You will own customer acquisition and retention through optimisation of our online channels and help build our digital brand presence. Key responsibilities include:
- Optimisation of e-commerce performance with emphasis on Google and Meta to drive growth, cross platform expert
- Oversight of end-to-end customer journey with initiatives to drive subscription growth and customer retention
- Tracking of key growth metrics and KPIs and detailed data analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and learning across paid, organic, and owned channels
- Day-to-day website and landing page updates and oversight
- Supporting daily online customer service
- Email marketing and content generation
- Supporting creative asset development
- Partner with retail and HCP Partnerships lead to drive consistent and cohesive brand presence across all touch points

You will be numbers-driven and will operate with full ownership and accountability over your role. You will have support of the founder and a small team of experts to help drive performance and your own development in the business.
About You
We are looking for an ambitious, proactive, target-driven individual who thrives in the pace of a start-up environment. You’ll be inspired to grow with the business and become a pivotal part of our success.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading in a generalist digital marketing role, who is excited to join us in our mission to redefine female intimate care, and who can help us shape the team as we grow, so we’re keen to get to know you, even if you don’t ‘tick all the boxes’.
You will ideally have:
- 2-5 years’ experience in digital marketing or e-commerce, ideally cross-platform expert
- Hands-on experience managing Meta and/or Google campaigns
- Strong ability to analyse complex data and make recommendations for growth
- Experience with Shopify and Klaviyo
- Some experience of creative ad development/video editing/copywriting
- Knowledge of or particular interest in healthcare brands or cosmetics
- Commercial mindset, able to operate comfortably at a strategic and a tactical level
- Knowledge or experience with AI platforms and emerging optimisation tools
- Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working with high accountability
