Digital Marketing and Website Manager

Location: Remote/Home-based, with occasional UK travel
Salary: £55,000 per annum
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Pinar Care is looking for an experienced, hands-on Digital Marketing and Website Manager to lead our digital presence across the group.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how our organisation is represented online and deliver campaigns that generate measurable enquiries, referrals, recruitment interest and brand awareness. You will manage our websites, digital campaigns, search visibility, social media, content and analytics while supporting the digital integration of newly acquired services.

The Role

Reporting to the Executive Director, you will:

  • Develop and deliver an integrated digital marketing plan aligned with our growth, occupancy, referral and recruitment objectives.
  • Manage, design and update websites and landing pages using WordPress or a comparable content management system.
  • Plan and deliver SEO, Google Ads and paid social campaigns across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok.
  • Use GA4, Google Search Console and Tag Manager to monitor performance, leads and conversions.
  • Create and manage engaging website, social media and email content.
  • Maintain consistent and professional use of the Pinar Care brand across all digital channels.
  • Manage external developers, agencies, freelancers and other digital suppliers.
  • Support website launches, migrations, rebrands and the integration of digital assets following acquisitions.
  • Produce clear performance reports and use data to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure digital activity meets accessibility, data protection, consent, advertising and safeguarding requirements.

About You

We are looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with the confidence and practical ability to deliver.

You will need:

  • Proven experience delivering digital campaigns that generate measurable leads, enquiries or applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing websites and landing pages using WordPress or a similar platform.
  • Experience of SEO, Google Ads, paid social media, conversion tracking and campaign optimisation.
  • Good working knowledge of GA4, Search Console, Tag Manager and Meta Business tools.
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading and content-planning skills.
  • Strong analytical, project-management and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets and competing priorities.
  • The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
  • A relevant qualification or demonstrable practical experience supported by a strong portfolio and measurable results.
  • Experience within health or social care, another regulated sector or a growing multi-site organisation would be advantageous. Experience supporting acquisitions, website migrations, rebrands or digital asset transfers would also be welcomed.
