Digital Marketing Manager
Location: TW4 6DL. Role is office-based
Working Pattern: 3 days per week (flexible)
Salary: £55,000 pro rata plus commission depending on performance
Additional Opportunity: Potential equity for the right candidate
Experience: Minimum 2+ years' relevant experience
About the Role
We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital presence and help drive the next stage of our growth.
This is a senior but hands-on role for someone who combines strong digital marketing expertise with creativity, entrepreneurial flair and the confidence to provide clear direction and vision.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy across web, Google, Meta and social media, while using analytics and emerging AI technologies to continually improve performance.
We are particularly interested in someone who wants to make a genuine impact on a growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Coordinate, strategise and manage the Marketing Assistant.
- Take ownership of the company's website, including design, content, user experience and ongoing improvements.
- Manage and optimise Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, META and AEO.
- Lead the company's social media strategy, content planning and digital brand presence including LinkedIn.
- Analyse marketing performance and translate data into clear actions and commercial improvements.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to measure leads, conversions, engagement, ROI and other key marketing KPIs.
- Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Work closely with senior management to establish marketing priorities, direction and long-term vision.
- Bring new ideas and challenge existing ways of working.
- Ensure our digital presence and messaging consistently reflect the quality and personality of the business.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers or suppliers where appropriate.
- Helping with the application and participation in various business awards.

About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in digital marketing with at least 2 years' relevant experience.
- Confident working with Google, Meta, social media and analytics platforms.
- Experienced in website design, development or management.
- Comfortable using data and analytics to make commercial marketing decisions.
- Interested in and knowledgeable about AI, automation and AI-powered workflows.
- A strong communicator who can explain ideas clearly and confidently.
- Personable and able to build strong relationships across the business.
- Creative, commercially aware and results-driven.
- Able to provide direction and vision, while also being prepared to get involved and deliver.
- Highly motivated, enthusiastic and energetic.
- Entrepreneurial in outlook, with the confidence to identify and pursue new opportunities.
- Comfortable working independently and taking genuine ownership of the marketing function.
