Digital Marketing Manager
Up to £60,000 | London | Hybrid, 3 days in the office
Robert Half is partnering with a SaaS membership organisation to recruit a Digital Marketing Manager focused on driving member acquisition and digital growth.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll take ownership of performance marketing, website optimisation and campaign reporting. This is a hands-on role with scope to influence how the business attracts new members, improves conversion and grows revenue across its digital platforms.
The role
- Plan, deliver and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn.
- Build and improve landing pages, using A/B testing to increase conversion and member sign-ups.
- Manage WordPress website content, incorporating SEO and emerging search optimisation practices.
- Use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio to track performance and turn data into clear recommendations.
- Own the digital marketing budget, allocating spend to maximise return on investment.
- Partner with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager on lead nurture programmes that move prospects towards membership.
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to deliver coordinated digital campaigns.

About you
You’ll bring strong digital marketing experience, ideally within a SaaS, subscription or membership business, with a track record of delivering measurable acquisition growth.

You’ll also have:
- Hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and confidence using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and reporting dashboards.
- Experience managing WordPress websites and improving landing page performance.
- A solid understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimisation and testing.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach and curiosity about how AI can improve digital marketing.
Experience working across international markets and knowledge of HTML would be advantageous.
