Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager to lead and optimise our digital marketing activity across the Sytner Group.

This is a key role within the Group Marketing team, responsible for overseeing digital performance, guiding investment across all brands and dealerships, and ensuring our digital channels deliver measurable business results.

The successful candidate will combine a deep understanding of digital marketing with strong commercial awareness, helping to maximise returns from our media spend while identifying new opportunities to drive enquiries, leads and sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee digital marketing strategy across the Sytner Group.
  • Manage and optimise investment across Paid Search, Paid Social and other digital channels.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on digital performance, ensuring spend is aligned to business objectives and delivers strong ROI.
  • Work closely with our agency partners to develop, implement and continually refine digital strategies.
  • Provide guidance and governance on digital budgets, ensuring effective allocation of spend across brands and campaigns.
  • Leverage platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager and other digital reporting tools to drive data-led decisions.
  • Identify emerging trends, technologies and platform developments, translating them into opportunities for the business.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure digital activity supports wider marketing and commercial goals.
  • Develop performance reporting and insights that inform strategic decision making across the Group.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
