Salt are partnered with a fast-growing consumer events and experiences business and are looking for a Freelance Paid Social & CRM Marketing Manager to join on a contract basis.
Location: London (on site near Fulham)
Day Rate: £350 per day (Outside IR35)
Duration: 3 days per week for 6 months initial contract (ASAP start)
About the Role
This is a growth-focused marketing contract centred on paid social acquisition and email marketing. You'll be responsible for driving audience growth, customer engagement and ticket sales across a portfolio of live events and new market launches.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and agency partners, you'll own the end-to-end delivery of performance marketing campaigns, combining paid social expertise with hands-on email marketing and customer lifecycle management through Klaviyo.

Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience running paid social campaigns across Meta, Instagram and TikTok
- Proven experience driving customer acquisition and conversion for consumer-facing brands
- Demonstrable email marketing experience using Klaviyo, including campaign creation, automated flows and customer journey development
- Experience building audience segmentation, retargeting and lifecycle marketing programmes
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise activity based on data and insights
- Comfortable managing sizeable media budgets and delivering against commercial objectives
- Experience collaborating with agencies and cross-functional stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Desirable Experience
- Background in events, entertainment, hospitality, leisure or consumer brands
- Experience supporting international launches or multi-market campaigns
- Knowledge of influencer and creator marketing
- Familiarity with GA4 and attribution reporting
