Job Purpose
We are in search of a Digital Marketing Manager who is adept at spearheading member acquisition strategies for our organisation. The candidate must possess profound expertise in analytics and performance marketing, coupled with robust project management skills, and a keenness for detailed reporting and analysis.
As an essential part of our team, you will have direct accountability for enhancing customer conversion rates, optimising revenue, and increasing the lifetime value (LTV) of our members across our SaaS platforms. Your remit will include maximising the efficacy of our paid media campaigns and refining our website's landing pages to effectively convert visitors into new members.
Working individually and with external partners you will be tasked with designing, building and maintaining pages and posts on our WordPress websites to support our digital marketing endeavours across the Talent Systems Europe companies; primarily Spotlight but also Tagmin and FastCast. Your technical prowess and strategic insight will be vital in driving the growth of our member bases and advancing their market position.
- Lead and execute digital marketing strategies focused on acquiring new members, with a strong grasp of performance marketing channels and tactics.
- Manage and optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others to drive high-quality traffic, and ultimately leads and conversions.
- Oversee the creation, testing, and optimisation of landing pages to improve conversion rates and encourage new member sign-ups.
- Design, create and maintain website content, ensuring alignment with SEO, GEO and AEO best practices and promotional campaigns.
- Regularly analyse website performance and user behaviour using Google Analytics to inform marketing decisions and website enhancements.
- Implement and manage tracking tags and pixels through Google Tag Manager to accurately measure campaign performance and user interactions.
- Use Looker DataStudio (or similar analytics platforms) to create custom reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external content creators to develop engaging, on-brand content that supports acquisition efforts and enhances user experience.
- Conduct A/B testing and other conversion rate optimisation (CRO) techniques to continually refine digital marketing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, applying new ideas to keep our acquisition strategies ahead of the curve.
- Own and manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Working closely with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, develop and launch a lead nurture programme to guide prospects through the conversion funnel.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, including data protection and privacy laws.
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation in our digital marketing strategy.

Requirements

A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful member acquisition and growth in a SaaS or similar digital environment.

Global marketing experience is desirable as we operate in Europe and India, and have ambitions to grow further.

Proficiency in HTML is desired, along with experience in updating and managing content on WordPress websites.

Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and experience with data visualisation tools like Looker DataStudio or similar.

A strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to implement strategies that drive organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Demonstrated expertise in managing and optimising paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media channels.

Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and make data-driven decisions.

A strong understanding of how AI can be used to enhance our digital marketing capabilities

Strong project management skills, with the capability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a test-and-learn mentality to iterate and improve upon marketing strategies.

Familiarity with conversion rate optimisation (CRO) practices, including A/B and multivariate testing.

Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

Hard working, collaborative and with a balance of EQ and IQ.

Experience of agile working.
