Up to £45,000 PA – Onsite, based in Lytham

Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands on Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to join our dynamic team at VetPlus. You'll work closely with the Head of Marketing (HoM) to manage the full range of digital channels within our ecosystem. This includes supporting our UK platform and our subsidiaries in Spain, Germany, Portugal, USA, Japan and Ireland. You'll also monitor our distributor partner network to maintain our digital brand integrity globally.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the VetPlus WordPress Sites.
  • Handle professional publishing workflows for websites, social media, and the app.

Content Creation:

  • Bring the VetPlus brand to life online, explaining technical concepts clearly.
  • Ensure the website supports product launches and is optimized for search.
  • Maintain the Plasid app with up-to-date content.
  • Additionally, you'll support distributor platforms with brand content.

Social Media:

  • Plan and manage social media content, and grow our social community.
  • Manage paid and organic social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.

Analytics:

  • Use tools such as Google Analytics and HotJar to analyse data and performance.
  • Produce monthly digital reports showcasing performance to the wider business.

SEO:

  • Manage SEO activities, including content calendars and workflow.
  • You'll drive SEO rankings in relevant countries.

Agency & Partner Liaison:

  • Oversee web development for technical fixes and updates.
  • You'll liaise with advertising partners and supporting agencies, ensuring brand integrity across all digital platforms with our subsidiaries and distributors.

Innovation:

  • Stay up-to-date with digital developments and best practices (training provided).
  • You'll pitch new ideas to keep VetPlus ahead of competitors.

Personal Attributes:

Skills:

  • Experience in content curation and CMS (preferably WordPress).
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is essential.
  • You'll manage both paid and organic social media campaigns.
  • Plan and brief visual media content.
  • Additionally, you'll handle digital agencies like SEO.
  • Strong communication skills and excellent grammar.
