Role Information
Sciensus is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team.
This is a permanent position, hybrid work, coming into our London (Paddington) office at least 2 days a week.
As our new Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in making our vision a reality—by shaping the digital experiences that connect patients, clinicians and partners with the care they need.
You’ll be the driving force behind our digital presence—optimising our website, elevating our campaigns and ensuring that every click, visit and interaction aligns with our brand, our values and our growth ambitions.
If you're a hands-on digital marketer with a passion for improving performance, owning channels and delivering meaningful impact, this role is made for you.
What You’ll Lead & Deliver
- Website Management & Optimisation - Take full ownership of our website. From creating landing pages to managing content, ensuring compliance, and collaborating on UX improvements—you’ll make sure our digital shop window is always at its best.
- Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - Drive visibility and organic growth. You’ll lead keyword research, on-page improvements, technical audits and performance tracking to ensure we reach and convert the right audiences.
- Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) - Use analytics, heatmaps and A/B testing to spot opportunities and improve user journeys—optimising every touchpoint for engagement and lead generation.
- Organic Social Media - Bring our brand to life across our social channels. Manage the content calendar, create posts, coordinate with content teams and keep our story relevant and compelling.
- Paid Media Campaigns - Support and increasingly lead campaign activity across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and beyond. Working hand-in-hand with our digital agency partners, you’ll help drive measurable ROI and continual improvement.
- Digital Analytics & Insights - Turn data into direction. From dashboards to campaign analysis, you’ll translate performance metrics into actionable insights that shape ongoing strategy.
- Agency Management - Act as the main point of contact for our digital delivery partners—clear briefs, aligned timelines and strong collaboration will all be under your leadership.
- Digital Strategy Development - Bring new ideas, emerging trends and innovative tools to the table. As your influence grows, you’ll help shape our digital roadmap and evolve how we show up online.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
