Digital Marketing Manager
At Liqueo, we were established to break away from the outdated consultancy model. Specialising in asset and wealth management, we believe people are our greatest asset and we pride ourselves on attracting the industry's best talent.
In addition to hiring top talent, we also invest in all our employees through a generous training and development budget. We want our people to continuously improve their skills and knowledge so they can provide impactful solutions across the business.
Join us at Liqueo to be part of a team that’s not only recognised in The Sunday Times Hundred as the tenth fastest growing company in the UK but, more importantly, recognised with the Sunday Times Best Place to Work list. You’ll see why so many people have chosen to grow their careers with us.

Our magnetic culture attracts the industry’s best experts, creating a hub of collaboration, expertise, and genuinely nice people. Together, we’re defining a new era of consulting.
Our Vision
To raise expectations of consulting for asset and wealth managers globally and to inspire clients to expect more.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As Digital Marketing Manager, you'll own Liqueo's digital marketing capability. Working directly with the Global Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for delivering and continually improving our digital marketing activity, from campaign execution and marketing automation to website optimisation, reporting and AI-enabled ways of working.
This role would suit someone who enjoys building capability, improving ways of working and taking ownership of digital marketing in a growing business. As part of a small, ambitious marketing team, you'll enjoy variety. Whilst digital will be your core focus, you'll also support wider marketing initiatives where needed, bringing a hands-on approach and a willingness to get stuck in.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
