Now part of the Centeca Group, Click Dealer is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team of “Clickers” and ensure that we remain at the forefront of being the UK’s leading performance partner to independent vehicle retailers as we embark on our next exciting phase of growth.
The Role
Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will hold a pivotal leadership position responsible for the performance of our existing award-winning in-house digital marketing team and scaling of digital marketing solutions across both our client portfolio and our internal brands.
This is a hands-on leadership role with the exciting opportunity to influence strategy, drive continuous improvement and implement & champion new ways of working, particularly around AI adoption.

- Team leadership: Overseeing and building a high-performing digital marketing department through establishment of clear KPIs, operational workflows, and team performance standards whilst supporting career progression.
- Deliver commercial goals: Work with Click Dealer & Centeca Group commercial departments to create, launch, and deliver tactical growth initiatives that will define the next chapter of Click Dealer’s market expansion.
- Drive impact at scale: Transform our digital marketing operations by leveraging next-generation AI and automation tools to scale our service delivery, drive efficiency, track and improve product performance.
- Performance Reporting: Monitor departmental metrics and ROI, delivering regular board-level reporting on marketing performance, revenue growth, and key operational updates.
- Omnichannel Campaign Strategy: Oversee performance and execution across all digital marketing channels—including PPC (Paid Search/Social), SEO, Content Strategy, Email Marketing, CRO, and social media.
- AI & Tech Optimization: Identify, test, and implement advanced AI tools (generative AI, automated bidding frameworks, AI-driven content generation, predictive analytics) to scale team capabilities and deliver enhanced client outcomes.
- Product & Service Growth: Collaborate with Product and Sales teams to enhance our proprietary website solutions and bundle market-leading digital products that address the evolving needs of automotive retailers.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
- Substantial leadership experience: Proven track record in a leadership role (ideally at a departmental level- leading multidisciplinary digital teams).
- AI Tooling & Scaling Mastery: Previous experience of utilising AI software/automation tools to optimise operations, improve service delivery, and scale campaigns efficiently.
- Omnichannel Expertise: In-depth knowledge and operational competence across all major digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, Social Ads, Programmatic, CRO, Email, Marketing Automation).
- Budget Management: Practical experience of managing financial metrics, setting pricing/margin strategies, managing budgets, and taking ownership of revenue targets.
Desirable experience:
- Background within SaaS, Tech, Automotive, or B2B/Agency environments.
- Hands-on familiarity with proprietary CMS/website platforms and B2C lead-generation workflows.
