The Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will play a key role in developing and delivering strategic digital marketing activity across our client portfolio. Working closely with clients and internal teams, the role will turn business objectives, audience insight and performance data into clear marketing strategies, campaigns and customer journeys that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and development of digital campaigns and customer journeys across email, CRM, SEO, websites, paid media and social.
  • Support in the development of integrated digital marketing strategies and plans aligned to client objectives, audiences and commercial goals, covering organic, paid and CRM activity.
  • Develop website sitemaps, content strategies and keyword research, providing clear recommendations to improve website structure, content and SEO performance.
  • Work collaboratively with copy, creative, development and account teams to ensure digital activity is strategically aligned and delivered to a high standard.
  • Lead client-facing meetings, turning objectives and challenges into clear marketing recommendations and presenting strategies, campaigns and performance insights with confidence.
  • Build trusted client relationships and act as a strategic marketing partner, identifying opportunities to add value and improve results.
  • Analyse campaign and channel performance, using data and insight to recommend clear actions and priorities for future activity.
  • Provide strategic direction and support to the wider team, ensuring marketing plans are delivered effectively, on time and to a high standard.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platforms and best practice, bringing new ideas and opportunities to clients and Coffee-Design.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, ideally within an agency environment, with a strong understanding of digital strategy and campaign planning.
  • Experience across key digital channels including email, CRM, SEO, websites, paid media and social.
  • Strong strategic, analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to turn data and client objectives into clear recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence working directly with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, curious and collaborative approach, with a genuine interest in digital marketing, emerging technology and continuous development.
