📍London, United Kingdom – Hybrid (3 days per week in-office – St James Park)

About you 👤

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Science, Pharmacy or a related discipline.
  • Professional marketing qualification and/or ABPI qualification & knowledge desirable.
  • Proven experience managing digital marketing programmes within a regulated industry, ideally pharmaceuticals, healthcare or life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of omnichannel customer engagement and personalised customer journey development.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, marketing automation platforms and customer engagement technologies.
  • Knowledge of website management, content management systems (CMS), SEO and digital content optimisation.
  • Experience delivering digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, digital advertising, websites and webinars.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using digital analytics and reporting tools to generate actionable insights and measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Experience supporting product launches and delivering integrated customer engagement programmes.
  • Understanding of paid media, digital advertising and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent project management, organisational and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to manage external agencies, technology partners, budgets and campaign delivery.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and global teams.

About the role đź§­

The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of Theramex UK's digital engagement strategy across the women's health portfolio. The role will increase customer reach, enhance healthcare professional engagement, support product launches and optimise omnichannel marketing through data-driven digital campaigns.

Working closely with Marketing, Sales, Medical and Compliance, the role will ensure digital channels become a core pillar of customer engagement, delivering measurable improvements in awareness, education, customer experience and commercial performance.

Key Duties and Responsibilities 📌

  • Develop and deliver the UK digital marketing and omnichannel strategy, aligning customer engagement activities with brand, commercial and business objectives.
  • Design, execute and optimise integrated digital campaigns to support product launches, brand growth, customer education and healthcare professional engagement.
  • Build and enhance personalised customer journeys across digital and field-based channels, leveraging CRM, marketing automation, segmentation and customer insights.
  • Identify and implement innovative digital and AI-enabled solutions to expand reach, increase engagement and improve the customer experience.
  • Manage and optimise a range of digital channels and platforms, including websites, email marketing, webinars, digital advertising and compliant social media activity.
  • Own the development and maintenance of promotional and non-promotional digital platforms, ensuring content remains compliant, current, user-focused and SEO optimised.
  • Create and deliver engaging digital content and assets, including videos, animations, landing pages and interactive educational materials.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on campaign and channel performance, using data, analytics and social listening insights to drive continuous improvement and maximise ROI.
  • Develop, implement and continuously optimise patient-facing digital platforms, ensuring they are aligned to patient needs, deliver intuitive user experience, remain relevant and support education.
  • Develop dashboards and performance reports that provide clear, actionable insights for key stakeholders.
  • Manage external agencies and technology partners, ensuring high-quality delivery, effective budget management and strong return on investment.
  • Ensure all digital activities and materials comply with ABPI Code requirements, company policies, approval processes and data governance standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand, Sales, Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial Operations teams to deliver aligned and effective customer engagement programmes.
  • Support congresses, virtual events and peer-to-peer educational programmes through innovative digital solutions and channels.
  • Share digital best practice and build organisational digital capability through coaching, collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Build strong partnerships with global colleagues to align digital strategies, optimise ways of working and drive consistency across markets.
