About Rightangled:
Rightangled is a rapidly growing online pharmacy with a strong focus on customer experience and innovation. We leverage the power of technology and personalised care to provide our customers with a seamless pharmacy experience. As we expand, we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our e-commerce marketing efforts, with expertise in Shopify Plus, digital advertising, and marketing automation.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who specialises in eCommerce and has advanced knowledge of Shopify Plus. The ideal candidate will be an expert in digital marketing strategies, particularly marketing automation, paid advertising campaigns, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, preferably HubSpot. This role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our online pharmacy through targeted digital marketing initiatives, optimising the customer journey, and maximising conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the digital marketing strategy for Rightangled, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Optimise and manage the company’s eCommerce platform on Shopify Plus, ensuring seamless user experience, product visibility, and enhanced conversion rates.
- Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
- Design and implement marketing automation strategies, including email marketing, segmentation, and retargeting, to increase customer engagement and improve conversion.
- Manage and integrate marketing efforts with HubSpot CRM, using data-driven insights to create personalised customer journeys and optimise marketing efforts.
- Analyse and report on key metrics, including ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and lifetime value, to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product development, operations) to ensure cohesive digital marketing strategies that align with broader business goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to ensure the business stays competitive and innovative in digital marketing.
- Oversee content marketing initiatives, ensuring SEO best practices, and managing content updates across digital platforms.
- Work closely with external partners and agencies to manage and optimise digital marketing spend, ensuring maximum return on investment.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, with a strong background in eCommerce and expertise in Shopify Plus.
- Extensive experience in digital advertising, including PPC, social media advertising, and programmatic campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and strategies, including email marketing and retargeting.
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM and experience in building data-driven marketing campaigns using CRM insights.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing performance tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and KPIs while delivering exceptional results.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to optimise marketing performance and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a passion for delivering innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
