About The Role

AI Infra Summit is the leading full-stack AI infrastructure event, bringing together hyperscalers, silicon vendors, AI labs, data center operators, and enterprise adopters across the entire ecosystem. With our 10th anniversary in 2027, and plans for expanding our audience, we're scaling our digital marketing campaign to increase both revenue, but also the right blend of job titles and companies in the room.

Key Responsibilities

Paid media

  • Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Reddit, Meta and other channels, from awareness to registration conversion
  • Own budgets, bidding, audience targeting, testing, and retargeting
  • Report on cost per registration and return on spend, and shift budget quickly toward what works
  • Design the customer journey from paid media through to optimised landing pages and onwards. Adapt and refine these journeys throughout the campaign.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
