Digital Marketing Manager
As our Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping and delivering our digital marketing and e-commerce strategy across Europe, with additional oversight of selected Middle East channels. With a strong focus on Amazon EU, you’ll bring specialist knowledge of the Amazon ecosystem to our business, helping us strengthen our presence, improve customer experience and drive commercial growth. You’ll own the Amazon strategy across content, digital merchandising and advertising, working closely with internal teams, Amazon stakeholders and external partners to turn commercial priorities into effective, measurable activity.
Your Responsibilities
Shape our Amazon strategy
- Develop and deliver the Amazon strategy across Europe and selected Middle East markets, aligned with our wider brand and commercial objectives.
- Identify opportunities to grow our brands on Amazon through content, merchandising, advertising and improved customer experience.
- Translate wider marketing and commercial plans into clear Amazon priorities and action plans.
- Own the digital marketing and e-commerce budget, including planning, allocation and in-year optimisation.
Build strong Amazon partnerships
- Build and manage strong relationships with Amazon retail and advertising stakeholders.
- Lead planning and commercial discussions with Amazon, ensuring we make the most of available opportunities and insights.
- Use your understanding of Amazon’s ways of working and processes to navigate the platform effectively and get the best outcomes for the business.
- Work closely with brand, product, regional and commercial teams to align priorities.
Lead content and merchandising
- Own the strategy for Amazon content and digital merchandising across key European markets.
- Ensure product detail pages, brand stores and other content are engaging, accurate, SEO-friendly and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, customer experience and conversion through better content and merchandising.
- Coordinate content and marketplace activations around launches, seasonal moments and key commercial opportunities.

Drive advertising performance
- Develop the Amazon advertising strategy, ensuring paid activity supports wider brand and commercial objectives.
- Work closely with the team responsible for campaign execution to ensure activity is well planned, prioritised and aligned with the overall Amazon strategy.
- Use performance data and Amazon insights to identify opportunities, optimise investment and improve return.
- Connect paid and organic activity to maximise visibility, engagement and sales
Use data to drive decisions
- Monitor Amazon retail, media and brand performance across key markets.
- Analyse traffic, conversion, customer and sales data to identify opportunities and inform decisions.
- Turn performance insights into clear recommendations for internal stakeholders and Amazon partners.
- Continuously test, learn and improve our approach.
Keep moving forward
- Stay close to developments in Amazon, digital marketing and e-commerce, identifying new opportunities for growth.
- Bring new ideas and best practices into the business to improve our Amazon presence and customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience working directly at Amazon is essential. You’ll have a strong understanding of Amazon’s ways of working, processes, retail ecosystem and commercial environment.
- 3-5+ years’ experience across digital marketing, e-commerce, retail media or a related field.
- Strong experience across Amazon content, digital merchandising and advertising, with the ability to connect these areas into one clear strategy.
- Experience developing and delivering digital or e-commerce strategies and managing budgets.
- Strong commercial understanding, with the ability to use data and performance insights to identify opportunities and make decisions.
- Experience working with Amazon retail and/or advertising stakeholders and building effective external partnerships.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence across teams and at different levels.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in a consumer, fashion, beauty, lifestyle or retail environment would be beneficial.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related subject is preferred, but relevant experience will be equally valued.
