Digital Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

Location: Cardiff (Hybrid)

Salary: £55,000 pro rata

Contract: Part-Time, Permanent

Yolk Recruitment is supporting a fast-growing technology consultancy in the search for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys turning strategy into action. Working closely with the leadership team, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of marketing activity across brand, demand generation and content, creating campaigns that generate engagement, support sales growth and deliver measurable results.

This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys balancing creativity with commercial thinking. If you're looking for a varied part-time position where you can make a real impact, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What you'll be doing

  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, LinkedIn, SEO and digital channels.
  • Own marketing activity from concept through to execution, working closely with the leadership team.
  • Create targeted campaigns across public sector, housing and commercial markets.
  • Produce engaging, high-quality content including case studies, landing pages, campaign copy and customer communications.
  • Deliver multi-channel campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, partnerships and events.
  • Collaborate with sales, product and technical teams to support business development activity and live opportunities.
  • Manage the marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns and content are delivered on time.
  • Monitor campaign performance and use market insight, customer feedback and competitor analysis to continuously improve results.
  • Report on marketing performance and demonstrate how activity is contributing to sales pipeline and business growth.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years' experience in a B2B marketing role, ideally within technology, SaaS, consultancy or another complex services environment.
  • Proven experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through to delivery.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing including SEO, paid search, LinkedIn, email marketing (Mailchimp) and content marketing.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging way.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to generate leads and support pipeline growth.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A data-driven approach, using insight and performance metrics to optimise campaigns.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for delivering high-quality marketing activity.
