The Role

The Digital Marketing Manager owns Xperience's digital channels: the website, SEO, PPC, and paid and organic social. The role runs those channels as the engine behind every marketing campaign, and as an always-on demand capture programme that works between campaigns.

This is a channel specialist role inside a campaign-led team. The digital plan for each quarter is derived from the campaign plan agreed with the Senior Campaign Marketing Manager: which landing pages, which paid support, which search coverage, which social amplification each campaign needs, agreed before launch. Alongside that sits the standing work only this role can own, including website governance, search visibility and conversion optimisation.

Success is measured in campaign terms. Digital performance is reported as pipeline contribution, conversion and cost per opportunity, with channel metrics sitting underneath as supporting evidence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Manage agency relationships across website development, SEO and paid media, holding them to output and efficiency.
  • Own analytics and tracking (GA4, SEMRush, conversion tracking) so digital reporting is trusted and campaign attribution works.
