This is a hands-on role covering paid media, SEO, search visibility, analytics and reporting. The successful candidate will take ownership of day-to-day digital activity across multiple accounts, with a particular focus on Google Ads, while also supporting the wider digital strategy and bringing greater consistency to tracking and reporting across the portfolio.

The role is available on an initial 2-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension and potential longer-term opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing Google Ads activity across approximately 15 accounts
  • Developing and optimising search campaigns to improve lead quality, efficiency and overall performance
  • Managing the transition between different bidding strategies and supporting the integration of campaign data with HubSpot
  • Setting up, managing and optimising paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn
  • Managing campaigns end-to-end, including audience development, campaign build, testing, optimisation and reporting
  • Supporting higher-volume creative and ad variation testing across paid media
  • Using performance data to provide creative recommendations and feeding insight back to the internal Creative team
  • Supporting the implementation of SEO strategy across priority websites, including developing content pillars and creating content designed to drive qualified enquiries
  • Reviewing AI-assisted content to ensure it meets brand guidelines, quality standards and SEO requirements
  • Supporting AEO activity and implementing recommendations designed to improve visibility across AI-driven search
  • Implementing consistent tagging and tracking across venue websites
  • Working with GA4 and Google Tag Manager to improve tracking, measurement and data quality
  • Supporting the development of unified reporting across the wider venue portfolio
  • Using AI and automation tools to improve efficiency across campaign management, content creation and reporting
  • Managing multiple campaigns, websites and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high standards of delivery
  • Providing recommendations and strategic input across the wider digital marketing activity

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
